I love love love senior sessions. I really do. It’s so much fun to hang out with the graduating seniors and talk about college, life, their hopes and dreams, and just have a lot of fun while doing it. 

This weekend I had the privilege to capture Lexie and Elijah’s senior portraits in downtown Fredericksburg! These two are cousins, so it was so much fun to do their session together and spend some time with them. We had blue skies, beautiful sunshine, but that wind…eh,  not as good. I kept telling them though that we were so much better off with cold wind then we were if it was pouring down rain. It has been super warm lately, so some of the trees and flowers were blooming which made for some gorgeous backdrops!

Both Lexie and Elijah are so much fun to be around, and I think these portraits capture their spirits and personalities! I also took senior photos for Lexie’s older sister, Sydney, a few years ago. As I started to go through the photos, I really realized how much they look alike and felt like I was doing Sydney’s all over again! Thank you guys for allowing to take your senior portraits! I wish you both the best as you travel out of state for college, and know that the right school will fall into place as the time comes. Y’all got this!! Happy senior year!
