Taylor and I met after she reached out to me over Instagram about the possibility of having her engagement photos taken. We met for coffee and had a lovely chat and planned their whole fall engagement shoot for Georgetown and the Jefferson Memorial. My two absolutely favorite places in DC, and the spot where her fiancé, Matthew, proposed to her last spring! 

The date finally arrived over the weekend, and I couldn’t have been more excited! I met Taylor and Matthew in Georgetown and we found some of the cutest spots that included the most gorgeous fall leaves and stacks of pumpkins. These two were so much fun and we laughed the entire time. We also headed over to the Jefferson Memorial to end our shoot with a few formal pictures, and wow, talk about a royal looking couple. As I suggested to sit on the stairs, Taylor was so excited and said, “Ooh just like the Meghan Markle and Prince Harry pose!” I’m extremely excited she knew that! Ha! 

We couldn’t have asked for a better evening, and we all had so much fun.
