Caroline and Adam’s Cape Charles Engagement Session on the Eastern Shore was everything a Nicholas Sparks book embodies. The beach, the small quaint town, the love birds, it was straight out of the movie. We had perfect weather for the end of October, not too cold and not too hot, and even still found some beautiful colors on the trees that lined the neighborhood. Besides the spikey balls that kept getting stuck in our feet on the beach, I’d have to say this was as perfect as an engagement session could get!

Caroline and Adam just moved to the Eastern Shore of Virginia after graduating from Virginia Tech together. They started dating their senior year of high school and ended up at the same university in the beautiful mountains of Blacksburg, VA. Since this is where their relationship really grew, they decided to get married at a gorgeous new venue outside of Lexington with stunning views of the Appalachian mountains. Post graduation, Caroline and Adam moved out to the opposite side of VA and are loving the new scenery of the Eastern Shore. Which is why they wanted the best of both worlds and decided to have their engagement photos taken in Cape Charles! The cutest little beach town.

I had never been to Cape Charles before, so it was a new adventure for me and I loved it! It has such a close, small beach town vibe with beautiful neighborhoods leading right to the water. We strolled the streets for the first half of our session and found some of the cutest little houses. For the second half of their session, we ended at the beach with a beautiful sunset to top off their already amazing session in Cape Charles!
