Richmond Engagement Session | Fall at Maymont | Colby + Mary

Mary and Colby, just the cutest ever. Their Richmond engagement session at Maymont Park was full of lots of laughs and pretty flowers. We were so lucky to have so many flowers in bloom for their fall session! The iconic Italian garden at Maymont was in full bloom and made all of my flower goodness dreams come true!!

When I asked Colby how he proposed, they both laughed so I knew I had to be in for a treat. Colby decided to propose on a family trip back in July with Mary’s side of the fam on their yearly trip to Asheville, NC. He popped the question on a beautiful mountain top in front of a cross overlooking the valley. It was stunning! Mary started showing me photos and laughed because in all of the images she’s holding a Michelob, but you know it’s fine it’s fine! We love the real life moments! They don’t have too many plans in place yet for their wedding, but are excited to have the engagement photos checked off the list.

It was so fun chatting with Mary and Colby during their session. We quickly realized how small of a world it is with Colby and my boyfriend basically working together. We didn’t know this before, but how fun is that?! Anyways, Mary and Colby, you two are a joy! So fun getting to capture your love and I wish y’all all the best!!!
