Miss Alexis. Oh, how I just adore this girl and her colorful senior session in Virginia Beach!! One thing about me, I loooove a beachy senior session. Especially for my girls here in Richmond, VA, it’s just such a fun mix up to the standard locations everyone goes to in town. Alexis’ favorite place to be is at the beach, so of course that’s where we headed for her session!

When I tell you we had teh most perfect, beautiful day for her colorful senior session in Virginia Beach, I MEAN IT! We started more in the town area at Three Ships Coffee. I love being able to find cute little hidden corners that no one else would probably think of, but make for the cutest photo ops! We walked around a little to some different murals and cute greenery before heading over to our ~boujee-er~ location at The Cavalier. Now, hear me out. I have no idea if we were actually supposed to be there taking photos, but you know, we’re just girls taking cute pics! Nothing to see here!! But, wow. How gorgeous is The Cavalier?! I just love it there so much!

Finally, it was time to head to the oceanfront for her perfect golden hour beach photos! I love starting up by the dunes, then heading down to the water. It feels like such a different setting and allows for some extra variety, while giving the same perfect beachy vibe. The outfits she chose for the beach (well, and for everything!) were absolutely PERFECT!! Her silky dress looked so beautiful in the sunset against the cotton candy sky.

If you’re thinking about a Virginia Beach senior session, GO FOR IT! You will have so much fun and haev such gorgeous photos!!
