Ohhh my gosh… Y’ALL where do I even begin with Natalie’s bright and colorful senior session at Maymont?! I am still smiling just thinking about it! This shoot was truly everything I love rolled into one. Bright, colorful, joyful, and FULL of sunshine (both literally and figuratively because Natalie is the sunshine!!) This cutie girl is on my Senior Rep Team, graduating from Mechanicsville High School, and I just adore her with everything in me. If you know Natalie, you know exactly what I’m talking about!

We started at one of my absolute favorite places — Maymont! I always say this location is a classic for a reason, and Natalie made it feel extra magical. We hit up all my go-to spots: the Italian Garden (all that luscious greenery!!), the little hidden garden, the dreamy gazebo, and of course, the fountain. Everything was just bursting with color and life, and Natalie’s smile lit up every single corner of the park. She brought the sweetest energy with her, and it showed in every photo!

After Maymont, we took a quick outfit change and headed to Monument Avenue for part two of the shoot… and y’all, it was GOLDEN. Literally. Because she brought her adorable golden retrievers, Maggie and Sadie, and it was the cutest thing ever. I literally cried happy tears. Natalie and her goldies on Monument Avenue?? IT WAS TOO GOOD!

This girl is truly a ray of sunshine. She lights up every room (and every photo!!) and I feel SO lucky to have had the chance to photograph her full senior year. Natalie, thank you for being such a joy, for trusting me with your senior memories, and for being the kind of person who makes the world a little brighter just by being in it. I’m so honored to know you and GO DUKES!! Have so much fun at JMU! Your bright and colorful senior session at Maymont was a DREAM!
