Get ready for one of m favorite girls!!! Natalie’s senior session at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden and downtown at Belle Isle is absolutely iconic. I am so excited to share for you to see them! Natalie is on my Senior Rep Team, and let me just say, I love having her bold and fun personality in the group. She always brings the best energy and the best vibes, and is always ready to be DJ at our shoots together. We started at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, where everything was in full bloom for the summer and felt so magical. The flowers, the greenery, the dreamy little pathways—it was the perfect backdrop.

Natalie chose Lewis Ginter because she used to come here all the time with her parents when she was younger. So it was a full circle moment to come back for her senior photos. I always tell me seniors to choose a location that’s meaningful for them. Whether it’s somewhere they go to a lot, or maybe it’s their grandparents’ farm, choosing a location that holds a deeper meaning than just having some pretty flowers makes all the difference in how you feel, how you show up, and how you cherish the memories in the photos.

After soaking in all the garden magic, we switched things up and headed to Belle Isle in downtown Richmond for a little different vibe. Natalie wanted something a little more “granola” feeling. (IYKYK!!) We started in the tall grass fields where she also included the most gorgeous sunflowers (her favorite flower!! another special touch for her session!) Then, we headed down to the rocks by the water for one last outfit change. She also got IN the water too!! I’ve been waiting so long for someone to do this!! I just absolutely love how they turned out!!

Natalie, you are truly one of a kind, and I am so lucky to have you on my team!!! Your summer senior session at Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens was everything. I cannot wait to see you off doing all the big things at college!!
