Hey senior photographer!!! Wondering how to start a Senior Rep Team in your senior photography business? I got you covered! In this week’s YouTube video, I’m sharing the 5 action steps you need to take to get started building the Senior Rep Team of your dreams and start bringing in those referrals!

Having a Senior Rep Team is one of my favorite part about my business. I love connecting with them and building friendships over the year, it’s just so fun and sweet!!! Plus, they keep me young :’)

1. Create content! Ask a past senior or high schooler to get together with some of her friends and do a best friends photoshoot with them! You’ll need these photos when you start posting about the applications coming soon!
2. Start planning out what your team is going to look like and some key dates like: when the applications will open and close, a date for the meet and greet party, decide the cost for your team and what the requirements will be for the team members, plus the perks they will be receiving as an ambassador
3. Create unique graphics for past seniors you have photographed and ask them to share with their friends and post about it on their social media accounts! Start scheduling some social media content and get creative! Share all about it, all the time!
4. Build a waitlist to share for interested juniors to drop their email into and give them access to the application 24 hours before it opens to the public!
5. Make launch day the biggest deal EVER! They won’t be excited unless YOU are excited!
