Oooh I am so excited to have this pretty girl on the blog today! Miss Makenzie is a Southampton High School senior is not only graduating high school, but also graduating with her associates degree!! Um, what a freakin champ! So proud of you girl!

We had the best evening capturing her senior portraits at Maymont! We had originally planned to also go over to the capitol building downtown, but once she saw how gorgeous Maymont was, she decided she wanted to focus her pictures here at the park. To which I of course said, “heck yeah!” She started off in her green dress, and wow, is green her color or what?! Made her eyes pop so much and complemented her gorgeous hair color so well. Her second outfit was her white dress along with her TWO cap and gowns. This Southampton High School grad has worked so hard to complete her high school classes PLUS enough college credits to graduate with her associates degree!

Makenzie will be heading off to East Carolina University in fall to study nursing and accomplish her degree in just three short years! I’m just in shock y’all. So cool!!

So fun meeting you girl, hope you have the BEST time off at ECU!!!
