Brand sessions are back on the blog! Starting out with Maggie Exum Creative, a Kentucky wedding photographer and storyteller. Maggie has a bold and bubbly personality and that’s exactly what we captured for her personal branding session at Contrast RVA.

I work with a lot of photographers to capture updated brand sessions, and it is always a challenge to find unique ways to set each one of them apart. However, adding in that keyword “personal” makes all the difference. A personal branding session takes a deep look into what makes you YOU and what makes your brand and business unique to only you.

Maggie wanted to keep the neutral vibes of her brand colors, but also showcase her bold and bubbly personality with her potential clients and this is where we incorporated her love for pink and go-to restaurant, Chick-fil-a.

We chose Contrast RVA as our location to keep the photos clean and be able to bring in some color and props where needed. Contrast is my favorite, favorite studio space in Richmond so I love when my clients are looking for a studio space to shoot in!
