Ten years in the making, but an even more beautiful, unique love story. Patrick and Lisa’s summer wedding at Boar’s Head Resort in Charlottesville, VA was a dream! Filled with so much love between family and friends, this day is one for the books. Lisa’s father shared a beautiful, and funny, toast with the guests, and mentioned this story and it’s too cute to not share – Patrick was on the hunt for an olive green jacket the day he met Lisa working in the Hollister store at Tyson’s mall, little did he know this Hollister beauty would be his forever girl. It was meant to be and here we are today.

The love that Patrick and Lisa share is so evident and beautiful. You can tell they are truly best friends and have the best time together. Patrick wanted to give Lisa the most beautiful day, and he did just that. My favorite part of the entire wedding day was a surprise performance from the groom himself. Patrick had been practicing a few songs for weeks to surprise Lisa at the reception. ‘XO’ had to be my favorite. Watching Lisa sitting in front of him swaying side to side and singing along, I was crying!

Their summer wedding at Boar’s Head Resort in Charlottesville was the perfect spot. The property is huge, but between the pond, the cocktail hour patio, and reception space, you couldn’t ask for anything more perfect! I truly loved this day so much and loved getting to work with all of the absolutely amazing vendors!
