The KMP Fredericksburg Senior Rep Team Class of 2023 has officially STARTED! Kicking off with our annual Meet and Greet party! How in the world is time moving so fast?! I am incredibly excited for a new team of Senior Reps, and yes, I did change the name from a “spokesmodel team” to a “senior rep team.” New year, fresh start! This new team of 9 amazing young women is already off to an incredible start. They are all incredibly kind, caring, and excited for the adventure of their senior year. I am so looking forward to seeing them grow throughout the year, just like my past teams of girls.

Our year kicked off with a Meet and Greet party at my absolute favorite place in Stafford, The Grounds Coffeehouse. Drinks and sweet treats all on me! Balloon wall made by yours truly! Every year I try to do some really cool photo wall with cute balloon arch, and this year most definitely tops them all! Just proud of how it turned out if you can’t tell!

Our Meet and Greet party started off with some chatting and card games as everyone rolled in, and then we got started with a few icebreaker games including a rock-paper-scissors tournament and a peek into people’s camera rolls! #iykyk I walked the girls through what the year was going to look like and some expectations then opened the floor to any questions. This year, I decided to create a Welcome Guide for the girls packed full of all the good info they could need for being on the team, including the Senior Style Guide I send to all my seniors before their personal senior session.

I love to also invite the girls from my previous teams to the Meet and Greet party. It’s like one big family reunion! During our group time, I asked the alumni girls to share any advice or tips to the new team and each and every one of them had something to share that was so special and helpful for the new girls. Some shared about really being open to the photoshoots to feel confident and embrace the opportunities. Some shared about creating a group chat of just the team to really get to know one another and create deeper friendships. Overall, they advised to the team to take in every moment and live it up their senior year! You only get one chance, so say yes to every opportunity and be open to new experiences.

It was SUCH a fun time just getting to hang out and chat with them all! My lovely, and most favorite assistant, Chip (aka my boyfriend!) helped me film the party! Check out the recap video over on my YouTube channel! Linked here!!
