Charlottesville Engagement Session | Fall at UVA | Amanda + Matt

This might be my longest blog post ever, but can we all give a round of applause for my sweet couple, Amanda + Matt!! Their fall, Charlottesville engagement session was an absolute dream to shoot. Looking back through this gallery it is just so evident how truly in love these two are. The way Matt cares for Amanda was so sweet to watch. And bonus points for being adorable because throughout their session they were constantly stealing little kisses from each other and it really just made my hopeless romantic heart burst a little bit.

We started our shoot off at the University of Virginia on their gorgeous rotunda. Amanda mentioned to me that she really wanted to classy and elegant feels for her shoot, so I told her I knew just the spot. The white marble stairs and balcony mixed with the tall white columns was the perfect location for this. We were also blessed with the most perfect warm, fall evening! After we finished here, we headed over to a nearby park for the fun and carefree shots she was also looking for. This is why I strongly suggest all of my couples wear two outfits. One for the classic and elegant photos, and one more casual for the playful and fun shots!

Amanda and Matt were truly a joy to work with. I love showing up to a session and just immediately clicking with my clients turned bffs!! I already know their wedding next year is going to be a DREAM. For now though, I’ll just be seriously in love with their fall Charlottesville engagement session.
