As the end of 2020 was approaching, I knew that I wanted to end the year with a banger of a shoot for my senior spokesmodel team. I had been digging around on Pinterest and Instagram for inspiration, but just wanted to do something completely different than the standard spokesmodel team holiday shoot. So, I put a few different ideas together and BOOM this magical, fun, and sassy shoot came to life!
From the beginning, I knew I wanted this shoot to be indoors and in a natural light studio, and then just so happened to find this absolutely incredible space in downtown Richmond. Focal Point Space provided the most perfect venue and is seriosuly a photographers dream with all of their gorgeous natural light. I am so so happy with how this shoot came out!
Before every shoot, I prep the girls with an outfit guide, mood board, and send them my vision for the shoot. That way, we’re all on the same page with how casual or dressed up we are, colors, the feel, etc. My number one tip for working on a group shoot is to educate and inform. There can never be too much attention to detail!
I hope you enjoy this shoot as much as we did! xoxo
