It has always been a dream of mine to do a session in DC during the cherry blossom festival. If you haven’t ever been, you need to go! It is my favorite time to go to DC, and I have been every single year since moving to Virginia. It is so magical to walk around the Tidal Basin with the tree limbs hanging above you and the soft petals falling as you walk through. Of course, you have to picture it all without the crowds of people also enjoying the magical moment, but it is honestly so worth it!

When I pitched the vision to Madi and Keegan, they were so excited and totally on board! With Keegan being in the Marine Corps and wearing his dress blues for the session,  it completely gave a fairytale, romantic vibe and I am so in love with how they turned out! I think we have a new version of Cinderella and Prince Charming on our hands here. I loved seeing people’s reactions as they walked by and saw them, because they honestly looked like true royalty. Although we did have to fight some crowds, we made it through and I am so excited for you to see these! Hope you love these as much as I do!
